Grupo Modelo Malt Facility in Idaho

One of the largest beer producers in Mexico, state-of-the-art facility in Idaho Falls, ID. The facility is for the production of malted barley to be used in beer production. Construction of the new facility started in October 2002 and was completed in June 2005. Grupo Modelo has invested $84m in the plant.

Kikkoman Soy Sauce Factory in Folsom, CA.

Provided electrical engineering and design for largest Kikkoman facility in USA.

Northwest Natural Sherwood Service Center

MEC was contracted to provide Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing permit and construction drawings. Project included 155,000 square-foot of workshops and storage spaces. Site work included a Leak Test training facility.

City of Portland IMF

City of Portland Interstate Maintenance Facility (IMF) consist of 145,000 square-feet on new building and tenant improvement area. Project was performed in multiple phases. MEC provided complete electrical engineering, design, and construction administration services.

Energy Centers or Central Utility Building (CUB)

CUB for most of our clients provide the following functions: central heating and cooling system, site electrical distribution system including emergency power generation, ultra pure water (UPW) system, oil free air or compressed dry air (OFA/CDA) system, and chilled water system.
