Hewlett-Packard—Corvallis, OR:
Buildings 6 and 8, which consist of a 160,000-square-foot manufacturing facility, 90,000-square-foot, three-story general office building, and 80,000-square-foot energy center. Responsibilities included preparing construction documents, drawings and specification for electrical distribution system.
Confidential Client—Hillsboro, OR:
RA4 project: Approximately 1 million square feet of manufacturing and office space. MEC provided electrical engineering and design of 35kV, 480V, and 208/120V distribution system.
MSB project: Approximately 400k square feet of specialty labs and manufacturing facility. MEC provided detail engineering and design for electrical branch circuits.
D1D project: 160,000-square-foot of Class 1 cleanroom, subfab facility, and a central utility building. Responsibilities included programming, schematic design, and preparing construction documents for normal and emergency power distribution system.
D1C project: first 300mm wafer fabrication facility. Facility area includes a 100,000-square-foot Class 1 fab building, a 71,000-square-foot central utility building, and required support areas. Responsibilities included programming, schematic design, and preparing construction documents for normal and emergency power distribution system.
D1B (F20) project: 707,000-square-foot facility including a 75,000-square-foot Class 1 cleanroom and a 75,000-square-foot central utility building; 307,000-square-foot, three-story office building, and 80,000-square-foot office/warehouse. Responsibilities included programming for the entire Hillsboro site, schematic design, and preparing construction documents for D1B normal and emergency power distribution system.
ProMos Technologies - Tai Chung, Taiwan: 2,000,000 square-foot 300mm semiconductor facility including more than 300,000 square-foot Class 1 cleanroom. Work included a substation design at 161kv and site power distribution at 12.47kv.
Hynix Semiconductor - Wu Xi, China: Consisting of two fabrication facilities with new site electrical power distribution and service including 18 generator sets 2500 kVA each and 10 static UPS at 800 kVA each.
