City of Portland Ankeny Pump Station Upgrade Project

Ankeny PS is the principal sanitary/combined sewer pump station on the west side of the Willamette River in the combined sewer service area. Primary function of the pump station is to convey dry weather sanitary flow and wet weather combined sewage to the East Central Interceptor. Ankeny PS Upgrade project includes complete replacement of the existing electrical system to comply with all current building codes and standards. New distribution system will consist of two voltage classes, 12.47 kV incoming and 480V distribution boards, new motor control centers, new variable frequency drives and new lighting system.
